Gas, electricity, cleaning, WiFi and heating are inclusive.
A 40% deposit reserves the property with the balance on arrival.
You can pay your deposit securely through PayPal, bank transfer or cheque.
Cancellation policy-50% refund for cancellations more than 2 months before Arrival date.
10% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
The cottage has free wireless internet.
Guests are required to call the owner in advance stating the approx. time of arrival.
Check in is at 3.00 p.m. and check out is 11.30am.
